Hello, and welcome to The Classic Fullerton Ballroom!

My name is Leanna Forcucci-Shepard and I am your Events Manager.

My sister, Jennifer Forcucci-Marzluf, and I have owned CF Dance Academy - located one floor above The Classic Fullerton Ballroom - since inheriting it from our mother 16 years ago. After many years of hoping we would expand our business to the 2nd floor, we took ownership of the ballroom in February 2019. We are honored to manage and promote this gorgeous facility are share it with the community. My sister and I have been putting on events of all kinds for over 34 years and we are excited to apply our experience to the world of social events.

I recently married my husband, my daughter is getting married later this year, and my oldest sister just turned 50! With all of these important events happening recently for our family, I have developed a genuine passion and excitement for helping the people that walk through our doors, looking for a place to host their next important celebration in life with their loved ones. This includes weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, and other social events.

When I am not the Events Manager for The Classic Fullerton Ballroom, I am Co-Director of CF Dance Academy and Board Chair for The Fullerton Collaborative. I love my work and the relationships I have built with my clients, new and old.

I would love to hear your plans for your event! Please contact me for any questions or to set up a tour of our historic venue.

The 3-story brick building was built in 1927 by Oliver S. Compton Hall. For many of the early years the first floor was occupied by the United States Post Office and a food locker. The second and third floors were used for meeting and activity space by the Odd Fellows and other local patriotic and fraternal organizations. Legend has it that the third floor was used as a speakeasy during prohibition.

The building was sold in the late 1940s to the Williams Family who established the Williams Company, a successful camping equipment, military surplus, uniform, and clothing store. Although the Williams Company store closed many years ago, the Williams Family continues to own and operate the building today. In 2001 renovations began to equip the building for its current use. All of the renovations and upgrades have been carefully done to maintain the elegance, and character of this Nationally Registered Historic Building.

Bourbon Street and The Bowery restaurants are conveniently located on the 1st floor, and the 2nd and 3rd floors are used by CF Dance Academy as dance studios and rehearsal space.
